I spent my first several years in Network Marketing spinning my wheels and going nowhere fast. I'd work my butt off to recruit people and then when they'd join me I'd freeze.

It was so difficult to look at someone and tell them to "make a list of 100 people and start messaging them". I knew that 80% of people would fail if this was the "system".

And the reality is that most people quit almost as soon as they got started. All it took was one Karen telling them it was a pyramid scheme and poof they'd disappear.

Everything changed when I built a system for duplication for my team. I have 250 people waiting to get into my team group right. Literally people beat down the doors to get started with us and it's because they know they can get results with a system.

WELCOME POST THAT PLUGS PEOPLE INTO TRAINING

The first thing people do when they join my team is get added to our team group. Then we tag them in a welcome post which points them towards all the resources they will need to be successful. We don't keep our resources in 100 different places. It is all in one place where they can easily find them and get started. The first resource we point them towards is our social media launch plan.

10 Day Launch Plan

We give our team a step by step social media launch plan so they know exactly what to post in their first 10 days in the business. These posts are PROVEN to bring you leads on day 1. They get examples for stories, reels, tiktok, and Facebook so they can choose the platform where they have the most influence to start.

When you help people get leads day 1 they feel excited. When someone gets rejected day 1 by Aunt Karen telling them it's a pyramid scheme, they want to quit.

This is why we use the foundation of attraction marketing from day 1. When someone comes to you to ask for more info it is a much easier conversation then when you are reaching out to people.

Weekly Team Training Call

People want to be part of a community and get support. A weekly team call gives them the opportunity to plug in with you and their motivated sidelines on a weekly basis. When I started my team call 6 years ago we had a few people on every week. I'd show up no matter how many people showed up and I'd give them consistent support and training.

Today, we have 200-300 people join our team calls every single week. Many people quit showing up weekly if their team isn't showing up, or they feel like it's not worth the time comittment. I don't care how big your team is. A weekly call is crucial to building community, loyalty and success.

FACEBOOK GROUPS THAT WORK AS A FUNNEL

Some people call these types of groups ATM groups and some call them prospecting groups. Whatever you call them you want to have a group setup for your team to add prospects to. Fill the group with success stories, education, FAQ's and weekly opportunity calls.

This helps people plug and play when they have a prospect interested in joining or trying products. They don't have to reinvent the wheel or create their own "VIP groups". They just plug and play into the systems the team has already built out for them.

SOCIAL MEDIA POSTING PLAN

After your team launches they will need ongoing support on how to post on social media to attract leads. I believe you want to teach your team to fish by giving them training on how to post consistently around one specific niche or focus.

My team gets an automated training texted to them after they finish our 10 day launch plan. This training teaches them how to pick a "niche" or a "focus" and how to create 30 days of content in 30 minutes a month.
