How to Get Leads on Autopilot on Instagram

When someone asks me what platform to focus on right now my answer is simple...

Instagram.

And one of the main reasons is because of the power of automation with chat bots. Using chat bots in combination with Instagram reels has completely automated my lead generation process. There is nothing better than creating a piece of content and then letting it go to work for you.

The combination of chat bots and Instagram reels can bring in hundreds of leads a day for you for FREE.

Today, I’m going to show you how to set up a system that not only generates leads automatically but does so by engaging with ideal prospects who are genuinely interested in what you offer.

1. CONTENT CREATION WITH A PURPOSE

Your content is the hook that attracts potential leads, but not just any content will do. You need to create reels and posts that directly speak to your target audience's pain points or desires. The key here is to end each piece of content with a call to action that prompts viewers to drop a specific keyword in the comments if they want more information.

For example, if you’re promoting a wellness product that helps with sleep, your call to action at the end of a reel might be, “Drop ‘sleep’ in the comments below if you want to know the secret to a better night's rest!”

2. Automating Responses with chat bots

Once you have your audience engaging with your content by dropping keywords, it’s time to automate your responses. Tools like ManyChat or Go High Level can be set up to automatically respond to these comments. When someone comments with the keyword “sleep,” the chatbot can instantly reply with a personalized message and even send them a DM with more detailed information or a link to your product.

Setting up your chatbot:

  • Create a flow in ManyChat that triggers whenever someone uses your specific keyword.

  • Craft a response that feels personal and invites further interaction, like asking for an email address, asking an engaging question, or sending a direct link to a product or a resource.

3. You must have a strong Reels strategy for this to work..

To maximize the effectiveness of this system, you're going to need to learn how to create reels that hook people in. Your reels should hook people in and engage them to comment with a very simple Reels strategy.

Here’s how to make it work:

  • Post consistently: Aim for at least 3-5 reels per week to ensure your content stays fresh and visible.

  • Use trending audio: This increases the chance of your reels being seen by a wider audience.

  • Have a scroll stopping hook: The first thing people see when they are scrolling Instagram is your hook on the video. The hook needs to stop their scroll and hook them in enough to read the caption.

  • Value filled Caption: Your caption on Instagram can tell a story or it can teach something. The goal of your caption is to provide so much value that your ideal prospect knows you have the solution they've been searching for. Somewhere in your caption you want to tell people to drp the keyword that connects to your chatbot. There needs to be a clear reason why they are dropping the keyword. When you do this effectively you will start to get leads on each reel that turn into sales.

WHY THIS STRATEGY WORKS.

By asking viewers to interact directly with your content, you're not only increasing engagement (which Instagram loves) but also filtering in people who have a real interest in your offering. This method ensures that you’re not wasting time on uninterested parties. Instead, every lead generated is already somewhat qualified based on their active participation.

Getting leads on autopilot doesn’t mean putting in less effort. Instead, it's about smarter, more efficient marketing that leverages powerful tools and strategic content creation. With this approach, you can watch your Instagram transform into a lead-generating machine that works 24/7, bringing you closer to your ideal customers every day.

Remember, the key to success in network marketing is not just finding leads but finding the right leads. And with the strategy outlined above, you’re well on your way to doing just that.

Common Mistakes and How to Avoid Them

Mistakes to Avoid:

  • Being too salesy: Focus on adding value rather than just selling. This strategy can bring you hundreds of sales on autopilot but it will bomb if you are too focused on the sale. When you focus on adding value and becoming that "go to" for your ideal prospect, you will build a strong following and you will generate hundreds of leads and sales.

  • Neglecting engagement: Always respond to comments and messages to foster relationships. This is an awesome autopilot strategy but you also need to make sure you are building relationships and engaging with people who are engaging with you.
